Nails and Time Consumption

Evening everyone!

  Today started off very slow (as all Sundays should) and resulted in a extremely sluggish kick start to my dieting regimen. As of Now I only officially  lost 2 pounds but I feel that keeping off water weight has really helped me to eat less. I lost cravings for Nestle bars and brought myself to do arm workouts. I felted extremely toned afterwards so I hope to add this to my twice a week workouts.To occupy myself and stop a binge from happening I make myself write down or tell people what I'm going to do. I 'm more likely to carry things out  this way(cause otherwise I'm lying). For example I'll say that I'm going to volunteer some place for 2 hours (I can't eat during that time)so It's certain that I'll have less of a window to eat. This works better for myself because I'm not the type to eat quickly.
I didn't volunteer but I did put in effort into my nails.

I think there was one other time I saw nails like these but I'm loving the look of dipped nails.The whites are covered which are nice since I would like my nails a bit longer but think I also white area is little gross? I would rather not buy fake nails when I can grow out my own and have more surface area for cute designs.My max length will be a half centimeter past my finger.

Food Lifestyle and Fitness

With the beginning of Pokemon GO I really found myself casual walking into places I don't normal go.With my new perspective of the area I discovered some pretty awesome locations for photography that  I plan to shoot at really soon!In other news I'm one week into dieting/monitoring my food consumption and so far  not much has changed. I run 3 days out the week for a few minutes  and sometimes I do sit ups.

My eating habits changed first when I started off with the Ketofenic diet. During this I ate very little and apparently that kicked me into starvation mode which was very bad for fat loss apparently. For me to eat enough to get out of starvation mode I would have had to eat more and all that was left to eat was carbs(Rice,Cheerios,and Mac and Cheese). Seeing that I couldn't afford meat and cheese anymore I had to get off of keto in order to eat at all.

 I happen to track my macros on a non-diet day and It looks as if I previously ate around 60-70% carbs a day with 20% protein and 20-10% fat. Sometimes don't eat meat everyday so carbs might be even higher on a daily basis. I had little sleep during the Keto diet and I felt that the attention to macros wasn't necessary to me as I have dieted before and loss weight so as of now Keto has been dropped however I'm still at a caloric deficit . I didn't have a scale for the start of the diet so I cant tell you how much I lost.

Why all of this even?
No major reason actually. I don't feel like I have health problems although I noticeably feel pain on my sides when binge on pop for 2 days straight. I'd like nicer legs and arms but I don't care for being muscular. With my new found time of being without a job and school this summer I figure that I'll exercise discipline using my body.

I feel that I'm in a better spot currently since I'm not getting slushies  all the time like I used to.I also do get fast food anymore but I really wasn't eating too much to begin with.

New Beginnings

Today is the start of my first post so hello viewers! The purpose of this blog is to share experiences and interesting things in my life with those that might find enjoy in it.I really admire videos and blogs from people and seeing different lifestyles so I figure it's about time I do the same thing since too feel that I have interesting content in my life to share.
